An unbelievable storm day in Alpine Meadows’ Munchkins side country.  It really doesn’t get any better than this.  I apologize for the annoying long ski runs, but it is what it is, and that’s loooonnnnggggggg!!!!!!!!!  This video is from Feb. 6th, 2010.

Today was a bluebird powder day after the most recent snow storm, which covered Alpine in an additional 38 to 52 inches of powder… and so far this December, the mountain has received 80 inches of snow at the lodge and 112 inches mid mountain.
