Day one photos: Mountain Hardwear Big Mountain Telemark Festival

0 Comments 26 February 2011

The best freeheel skiers from around the country threw down in Alpine Meadows’ Keyhole on some of the year’s best powder Saturday.

Competitors dropped big cliffs, threw a couple flips, and one guy was even skiing with wooden sticks for polls and a raccoon tail trailing behind his helmet.

Keep an eye on the Tough Guy Productions page for results, and come out to see the finals of The Buttress on Sunday!

But for now, have a look at a slideshow of all today’s action:

As the Interactive Marketing Coordinator for Alpine Meadows, a good day means hours on the hill shooting photos, then hours back at my desk fixing them up and posting them to the blog for all of you.
