The mountain report for Monday, Jan. 31, showed most of the major runs groomed. Yet, when I skied the front side, most of the runs did not appear to be groomed at all and loose snow that fell on Saturday night was every where. There was no corduroy. Does “groomed” on the Alpine morning report just mean a run was groomed several weeks ago? several days ago? the night before? this morning? I would have gone to another resort that did actually groom their runs overnight, if I had known better.
