10th at Ski Cross World Championships

Alpine’s Errol Kerr of the Jamaica Ski Team qualified 5th, and finished 10th at Ski Cross Championships in Japan.  Inawashiro put on an incredible show with music and traditional dance.  Here is a photo of the Jamaica Ski Team with flagbearer carrying the Jamaica flag.  This was the best finish for Errol this season.  Next [...]

Digging Out and Opening!

With a storm total of 60″ at the upper mountain stake, Alpine Meadows is digging out.  Today lifts will open slowly and safely and provide great powder conditions for all.  We will open with Roundhouse, Subway and HotWheels chairs first.  Summit Six will be on a hold, but hopefully open by this afternoon.  Stay tuned [...]
